Very central location. It is literally around the corner from the main market square. In front of another square which was perfect for sitting in the sun with a morning coffee. Also just a few steps from the park surrounding the Old City. Lots of bars, restaurants and small grocery shops within a few steps of the hotel. Big room and clean. Nice staff when I checked in, and also when checking out. Had a room on the ground floor with a direct door to the garden. It is a little hidden when first having to find it. But that is also the good part about it; that it's in an inner courtyard, therefore pretty quiet despite being in the city centre. I was there when it was cold, so I can't say if the noise level would be different in the summer when more people are out late at night. However, to me, who is used to city living, it was brilliant. The corridor into the hotel is shared with a bar on weekends where people line up to get in, but that wasn't a problem and the bouncers there were relaxed and friendly and let me through to the hotel with no problem. The building is old, which is part of the charm, and I could hear people walking around in the room above me. To me that wasn't a problem, as I am not a light sleeper. I would say if you like your hotels a little quirky, and with an anti-usual-hotel style, this is a good place to stay.

I was a little late getting to the property on the designated time but the lady at the reception was really kind and assured me not to panic. The lady (short dark hair) even carried my really heavy suitcase up the three flights of stairs! The gentle men who worked behind the desk Also leant me a hairdryer free of charge! There was also another behind the desk who was very lind and let me sit in the little staff area whilst I was waiting for my train hime after checkout time. Room and bathroom very clean. I loved the original parquet flooring and beautiful traditional rugs! Windows looked original feature of this period property and were huge! Which was lovely. I was very close to the market square (about 5-10 mins walk if that) also, the square where the entrance to the guesthouse is located has many great restaurants and a couple of bars and across the way is a fabulous theatre! I recommend any one of them but I only had time to try Morskie Oko and Restauraucja Traditional I think it was called. I also went to the milkbar for breakfast pancakes which was lovely, cheap and packed! And cafe Europesjska was glamorous with excellent service and nice food if on the pricier side for breakfast because of being on the market square.

Loved this accommodation. Excellent location, just around the corner, a few minutes walk from the main square in the old town. There was a shop next door and a 24 hour supermarket at the end of the street. The room was plain and simple but perfectly adequate. It was clean and warm with a kettle and comfortable bed and it's own bathroom. There is a reception area which stays open until quite late, which is very helpful if you arrive in the evening. The staff are very friendly and helpful and you can leave your luggage when you check out. Just note that the accommodation is in at the back off the street. There is a main door and you go through a corridor to another door behind which is a nice little garden and the accommodation building. Fantastic value for money as it is very reasonably priced

Location: It is in the old town so very convenient. I took the train from the airport to the main train station then walked around 15 minutes to guesthouse. You have to pass through a corridor in a building to get to the gate of the guesthouse. Room: Spacious and has an old feel to it which I like. The room looks over a little garden between the gate and the building. Quietness: Quiet considering its central location - it is separated from the street by the corridor and the garden. There is a restaurant next to the garden though, which means there is still some noise when the restaurant is open. However, there are quiet hours at night so I slept well. Others: Staff are super helpful. I was able to put my luggage before and after my stay.

Location was amazing, everything was walking distance. I'd told them we were staying for my birthday and they gave me a box of chocolate. Nothing was too much trouble. We asked for more pillows and they lent us an adapter as we'd come without one. The room had an old fashioned feel to it which I really quite liked. The bed was comfy and the room was always warm, lovely when it was -7° outside. We didn't fly out til evening so they kept our bags for us. I would definitely recommend.
